3. Ordering & Payment

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their billing and shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Once an order is placed, the order details cannot always be modified. Address changes must be reported within 24 hours by emailing info@jamessarahlondon.com.

Shipping Time

Shipping Origin

  • Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China via international logistics partners.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure that the delivery address is correct.

  • We do not accept liability for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be sent to the customer by email after dispatch.

  • The risk of returning goods lies fully with the customer until the returned package is received and inspected by our supplier.
