At James and Sarah London, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information (when available).

  • Orders placed during weekends, holidays or high-volume periods may require an additional processing day.

We always aim to process and ship your order as soon as possible.


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally:

  • 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to customs inspections, adverse weather, or courier delays.

  • These factors are outside our control, but we do our best to support you throughout the process.


3. Shipping Origin & Method

  • All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China using international logistics partners.

  • Depending on the destination country and local customs regulations, import duties, taxes or handling fees may be charged.

  • These costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Our international shipping model allows us to offer unique fashion items at competitive prices.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Shipping fees may vary depending on:

    • delivery location

    • total order weight

    • selected shipping option (if applicable)

There are no hidden fees — all charges are shown upfront during checkout.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear, especially for international shipments.

  • Some courier systems may update only when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

If you experience issues with tracking, our support team is always happy to assist.


6. Customer Responsibility

To ensure a smooth delivery, please keep the following in mind:

  • If tracking shows that your parcel has been successfully delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Make sure that the shipping address you provide is complete and correct.

  • If you need to correct an address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@jamessarahlondon.com.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed:

  • Check the tracking information regularly.

  • Contact the courier if the parcel has already reached your local delivery service.

  • If you need support, email us at info@jamessarahlondon.com and we will do our best to assist.

Please note:
Delays caused by customs, courier errors or external circumstances do not qualify for immediate refunds.
